PURPOSE: An aligning and fixing device to process a member for a turbine is provided to effectively secure the time for aligning and fixing an object. CONSTITUTION: An aligning and fixing device to process a member for a turbine comprises a main body(10), an offset round plate(20), a jig round plate(30), an inspection unit(70), and an aligning unit. The offset round plate has an aligning and fixing structure which is the same as a rotation plate structure of a turning machine. The jig round plate has jigs for fixing an object(100). When the object, fixed on the top of the jig round plate, is processed in the turning machine, the inspection unit inspects location precision by horizontally moving and rotating. The aligning unit arranges the assembly location of the offset round plate and the jig round plate.
