PURPOSE: A multilayer reserve combustion substrate structure with a power tower is provided to prevent an electric leakage in a reserve combustion process or oxidation by covering the surface of a power line with a glass fiber. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer printed circuit substrate(1) includes at least one power layer and at least two through holes. Each of at least two power towers(2) includes at least one pin and a first removable fixing unit. The power tower is electrically connected to the power layer of the multilayer printed circuit board. A second removable fixing unit is arranged on both sides of at least one power line(3,32). The power line is fixed on the first removable fixing unit of the power tower through the second removable fixing unit. An outer coating layer is formed on the surface of the power line.
