Ž<P>SOLUTION: This property information providing device 300 includes: a communication part 310; a storage part 320 for storing property information, additional information, and bid information; a processing part 330 for creating the list of customer introducers in the order of bid prices for the property information, and for registering the property information and the list in the storage part by associating the customer introducers with the property information, and for disclosing the property information and the list through a network to the customer introducers and users, and for, when an inquiry is selected by the terminal equipment of the user concerning the property information, transmitting the inquiry concerning the property information to the terminal equipment of the customer introducers in the list; and a charging part 340 for charging the customer introducers who have transmitted the inquiry communication based on the bid information.
