<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generating technique for naturally expressing a state where a light-emitting body emits light with high reality even in a game machine where hardware is strictly limited. <P>SOLUTION: A rendering part prepares a planar polygon po1, and maps substantially circularly light-emitting texture tx on the planar polygon po1. When the substantially circular texture is superimposed on one planar polygon po1 so as to perform mapping, the rendering part performs copying so as to obtain three planar polygons, and supplies the polygons to a planar polygon arranging part. The planar polygon arranging part arranges the three planar polygons po1 received from the rendering part, so as to allow the polygons to be respectively orthogonally crossed along three-dimensional coordinates.
