<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction system of manner violator in the network game in which, when manner violator appears in network game, each game player is able to refuse participation of the manner violator. <P>SOLUTION: When game machines 10a-10n select a countrywide combat game in the network game, opponent candidate is searched for with the server device. By referring to a list of players table, it is determined whether any player refused to play in the combat game or any opponent refused for combat game is included in the searched opponents. When determined as such a player, he or she is excluded from opponent candidate. By repeating such a search procedure for the number of game players, a battle is to be started when a proper number of game players are obtained.
