<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the variation in characteristics of driving circuits arranged at both sides of an element group. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device includes an element group G consisting of a plurality of light emitting elements 14 arranged along the direction X, a plurality of first driving circuits 20a for driving each of the two or more first light emitting elements 14a which are arranged at the negative side of the X direction when seen from the element group G and belong to the element group G, and a plurality of second driving circuits 20b for driving each of the two or more second light emitting elements 14b which are arranged at the positive side of the X direction when seen from the element group G and belong to the element group G. A semiconductor layer of a transistor included in each of the first driving circuits 20a and a semiconductor layer of a transistor included in each of the second driving circuits 20b are arranged at the same positions in the X direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
