PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct highly precisely luminance of a light emitting element while preventing utilization efficiency of an outgoing radiation from the light emitting element from decreasing.
SOLUTION: Light emitting elements E1-En and photo-detector elements PD1-PDn are formed on a face of a substrate. The light emitting elements E1-En and the photo-detector elements PD1-PDn do not overlap seen from a direction perpendicular to the substrate. When a corrected value of each light emitting element E is acquired, a predetermined electric energy (electric current or electric voltage) is fed to emit a light in order on the light emitting elements E1-En one by one. For example, when the outgoing radiation of the light emitting element E2 is measured, the photo-detector elements PD1, PD2 and PD3 are used, and when the outgoing radiation of the light emitting element E3 is measured, the photo-detector elements PD2, PD3 and PD4 are used. On each of the light emitting elements E, the measured value is compared with the reference value, and the corrected value of each light emitting element E is obtained. The corrected value of each light emitting element E is stored in a memory, and by using this, the electric energy to be fed to each of the light emitting elements E1-En is corrected.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
|
