PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle motion control system for achieving cooperative operation of existing vehicle control devices by suppressing their mutual interference without adding a major change to the existing vehicle control devices. SOLUTION: The vehicle motion control system is provided with a VSA and an RTC as a plurality of vehicle control devices for controlling the behavior of a vehicle and a cooperation control part 17 as a centralized control device connected through a communication line to them. The VSA, the RTC and the cooperation control part are respectively provided with standard yaw rate calculation parts 10, 15 and 18 for calculating standard yaw rates, and when the cooperation control part is normal, the VAS and the RTC perform control based on the standard yaw rate acquired from the cooperation control part, and when the cooperation control part is normal, the VSA and the RTC respectively perform control based on the standard yaw rate calculated in its own device.
