PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an imprinting device is provided to form micropatterns of a stamp, to reduce manufacturing costs, and to produce a large-sized sheet stamp. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an imprinting device forming patterns on an insulating material comprises the steps of: preparing a first stamp(30) in which a relievo pattern(32) is formed; thermocompressing the first stamp on the resin layer laminated with a resin layer(20); curing the resin layer; separating the resin layer from the first stamp and forming a second stamp(24) in which a second relievo pattern(22) is formed; and compressing the second stamp on the insulating material by a roller winding the second stamp.
