PURPOSE: A device for welding a chassis is provided to increase producing efficiency through a series of mechanical and automatic processes, thereby accomplishing mass production. CONSTITUTION: A supporting unit(130) is formed on one side of a frame(110). The supporting unit includes a die(131). On the die, a processing product is temporarily assembled/loaded. A puncher(120) is formed on other side of the frame. The puncher moves through a guide rail(111) by operating power of an actuator(140) on a central axis same as the supporting unit. The puncher is flexibly installed in the housing(121). The punch(123) is fastened/released through a connection element(122a) in a stripper(122). The clamp(150) installed at a location adjacent to the supporting unit fixes the processing product before a pressing process of the puncher. |
