PURPOSE: An RFID tag system is provided to improve the productivity through the fast tracking of fault finished goods. CONSTITUTION: An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) reader is installed according to each producing progress line. The RFID reader receives the tag information of the raw material or the semi-product. The middleware controller is connected to the RFID reader to be able to communicate. The middleware controller collects the tag information of each by processes semi-product level where the RFID reader received. The server is transmitted the collection information from the middleware controller. The server stores and keeps the collected information in the database for monitoring. |
