PURPOSE: An OLED display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent deterioration of the material of an organic compound layer by reducing the surface resistance of an upper electrode. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor is formed on a substrate. An OLED device emits the light with a top emission method. The OLED device includes an organic compound layer, a first electrode, and a second electrode(ANO). The organic compound layer is formed on the thin film transistor. The first electrode is formed under the organic compound layer and is a opaque cathode electrode. A second electrode is formed on the organic compound layer and is a transparent anode electrode.
