<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ligature capable of being mounted in a mouthpiece without scratching it. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ligature 3 for fixing a reed 2 on the mouthpiece 1 includes: a band shape member 201a-c which is wound around a conductor of the mouthpiece 1 while pressing the reed 2 on the mouthpiece 1; and a stick member 202 which connects both ends of the band shape member and is penetrated through two holes provided on both ends of the band shape member 201a-c.
