<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device of a switch in which an operation device of a switch for electrical power for three phases and a grounding switch are simplified and the whole switch can be miniaturized. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The operation device of a switch which carries out a switching operation of the contact of the switch includes: a plurality of first control levers 6 consisting of a plurality of shaft tube portions juxtaposed with spacing and a lever portion arranged in the each shaft tube portion and having a coupling hole in the end thereof; a first link 6D arranged between the lever portions of the first control lever 6; a plurality of second control levers 7 consisting of the plurality of shaft tube portions arranged between the shaft tube portions of the first control lever and a lever portion arranged in each shaft tube portion and having a coupling hole in the end thereof; a second link 7D arranged between the lever portions of the second control lever; and a common support shaft 8 inserted into the shaft tube portion of the first and second control levers.
