PURPOSE: A car management system and a car monitoring unit are provided to confirm robbed car and control the operation of the car. CONSTITUTION: A car management system comprises: a controller(510) which controls overall operation; a memory(530) which stores the car number; a car number comparator(550) extract car number list from broadcast message of DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) server; and an operation controller(560) which controls car operation according to checking result of the car number comparator.
