PURPOSE: A cooling device of a rolling roller is provided to prevent cooling water from being splashing using a spraying part and a reflecting part. CONSTITUTION: A storage(20) is apart from a roller(3) and stores cooling water. A spraying part(30) has a jet hole which sprays the cooling water. A reflecting part(40) expands to outside of the storage. The spraying part comprises a small spraying hole(36) and a multi spraying holes(34). The reflecting part expands in both sides of the storage in the direction of a rotary shaft(5) of the roller. The reflecting part is formed into the recess shape.
