Improvements of rotors of high power motors

#CMT# #/CMT# The motor has two rotors (1a, 1b), and circular blocks (4a, 4b, 5a, 5b) including an active material part for rotors spinning through their synchronous deformations. The rotor is made of a material of an alloy constituting aluminum, iron and a material selected from a group consisting of vanadium and silicon, cerium, molybdenum, ytterbium and gadolinium, chromium and titanium and vanadium, where the aluminum constitutes 80 percent weight of the alloy and the iron constitutes 1 to 15 percent weight of the alloy. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Motor e.g. high power motor and vibration motor, for use in an intermittent actuator e.g. landing gear, cargo door, rudder and high-lift flap, of a civil aircraft. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The motor improves the heat capacity of the rotor by selecting materials such as aluminum alloy, having larger calorific value and better heat condition, and by heat conduction towards the motor shaft, thus ensuring better protection of the active material parts and better safety and increased life duration of the motors. The rotor material ensures better distribution of heat between the parts of the motor and facilitates simple and inexpensive fabrication of motor parts.
