PURPOSE: A device for transferring and distributing billets is provided to transfer a plurality of products by improving a structure of a transfer structure. CONSTITUTION: A distribution unit successively distributes a billet(B) which is arranged in a slab transfer line of a continuous casting plant and is transferred to multiple columns. An alignment unit arranges the slab of the divided multiple columns. A supporting shaft is arranged in the slab transfer line. The alignment unit comprises an end stopper(220), an intermediate stopper(230), an initial stopper(210) and a guide bar(250).
