ECO BLOCK MADE OF NATURAL MATERIALS

PURPOSE: An environmentally friendly vegetation block is provided to maintain structural stability of revetment and waterfront and to plant plants on the ground, and to reduce seed or soil washing away caused by a sponge gourd-type plant fiber mat. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly vegetation block comprises the steps of: forming waves by stretching and unstreching both ends of coir yarn or jute yarn; laminating the yarn with waves without artificial pressure; forming the bond of yarns by spraying nonelastic adhesive to the yarns with waves which is laminated on a mat; and drying a plant fiber mat with a bond.
