PURPOSE: A kitchen bowl and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the amount of used materials and the whole weight by using a minimum metal plate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a kitchen bowl is as follows: A metal plate is located in a lower mold, and an upper mold presses the metal plate, and then a metal bowl(10) is formed. A regenerative element is mounted on a mounting groove(11) of the metal bowl. An inner metal plate(30) is located on the regenerative element. The inner metal plate is fitted along an inner wall(11a) of the mounting groove, and the upper mold presses. The outer edge and the inner wall of the inner metal plate are welded each other. The metal bowl and the inner metal plate are cut or grinded. |
