PURPOSE: A cotton fiber powder coated wide-band sound absorbing panel is provided to improve the sound absorbing performance and sound absorbing range by coupling a sound absorbing material of high frequency with a sound absorbing material of low frequency. CONSTITUTION: A cotton fiber powder coated wide-band sound absorbing panel is manufactured as follows: A cotton fiber powder sound absorbing material(2) is sprayed and coated on the surface of a wood wool sound absorbing board(1). The wood wool sound absorbing board is formed as a panel shape by compression-molding a wood fiber material used as a sound absorbing finishing material. The wood wool sound absorbing board has an excellent sound absorbing performance in high frequency. The cotton fiber powder sound absorbing material has an excellent sound absorbing performance in low frequency.
