PURPOSE: A bending crack detection device of a crank shaft brace for a vehicle is provided to prevent a fault crank shaft from being mounted on a vehicle engine. CONSTITUTION: A bending crack detection device of a crank shaft brace for a vehicle comprises a hydraulic actuator(10), a run out measuring device(20), an acoustic emission sensor(40), a load cell(50), and a control device(70). The run out measuring device measures the run out on which the maximum bending amount is created. The acoustic emission sensor senses the cracking noise of the crank shaft. The load cell senses the correction load and change. The acoustic emission sensor and load cell are connected to the control device with a signal processor.
