FIRE DETECTING SYSTEM USING SMOKE SENSING

PURPOSE: A fire sensing system through smoke detection is provided to distinguish smoke area from a background. CONSTITUTION: A fire sensing system comprises: an image processor(10) which converts input image photographed in a camera to coordinate; a brightness calculation unit(20) which selects smoke occurrence candidate based on the difference of brightness; and a chrominance calculation unit(25) which is able to select smoke occurrence candidate area using color difference.
