PURPOSE: A tubeless tire core and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the compressive deformation stress, tensile deformation stress, and segregation deformation power by comprising polyester polyol or polyether polyol, isocyanate, alkylbenzene sulphonate amine salt, catalyst, lubricant, and surfactant. CONSTITUTION: A tubeless tire core comprises a core body and a pair of wheel connecting pieces. A hollow buffer unit(13) is formed to the inner side of the core body. The wheel connecting pieces are integratedly extended from the hollow buffer unit of the core body and are fixed to a wheel. About one or more polyester polyol or polyether polyol of 100 weight parts, 1.5-diisocyanate-naphthalene of 20~40 weight parts, alkylbenzene sulphonate amine salt of 1.0~3.0 weight parts, N.N-dimethylcyclohexylamine 0.01~0.1 weight parts of as a catalyst, surfactant of 0.1~3.0 weight parts, and lubricant of 0.5~3.0 weight parts are comprised.
