PURPOSE: A composition for preparing sponge of a medical sheet is provided to impart fire retardant characteristic to a sponge of a sheet, thereby preventing accidents caused by fire when the sponge is fired. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preparing sponge of a medical sheet comprises polymer polyol 50 weight%, polyol 30 weight%, water 2.5 weight%, cross-linking agent 1 weight%, polyether polyol resin 5 weight%, curing catalyst 0.3 weight%, retardant catalyst 0.2 weight%, silicone-based surfactant 1 weight%, and flame retardant 10 weight%. The polymer polyol is WFCO 1 and the polyol is WFCO 2.
