PURPOSE: An assembling and disassembling apparatus for a tire is provided to install or remove the tire to a wheel with a manual operation. CONSTITUTION: An assembling and disassembling apparatus for a tire comprises a base(10), a frame(20), a plurality of clamps(40a~40d), a clamp driving part(50), and an operating lever(60). The base is supported on the surface. The frame is erected on the base. The clamps are arranged in a square form on the top of a table connected to the top of the frame and clamps a wheel coupled with a tire. The clamp driving part is coupled with the clamps and drives the clamps to move together and clamp the wheel. The operating lever removes the tire from the wheel or mounts the tire on the wheel.
