PURPOSE: A decoration panel installing structure for interior and exterior finishing wall is provided to reduce the installation period of the decoration panel by increasing the adhesive force. CONSTITUTION: A decoration panel installing structure for interior and exterior finishing wall comprises a fastener(40'), decoration panels(10',10") and a fixture(50). The fastener comprises a bracket and a body. The bracket is arranged on interior and exterior wall in a regular interval. A protrusion(42) is formed on the body. The decoration panel has a seating groove which is formed in order to accept one end of the body. The decoration panel has a cut-out groove to be meshed with the protrusion. The fixture is arranged on the exterior and interior wall at a regular interval.
