CONSTITUTION: A feature recognition unit(116a) detects the feature of photographing image. The feature is a human face. A movement operation unit grasps and calculates a movement of detected feature detected in feature recognition unit. A supporting member control circuit unit(118c) controls the posture of the supporting member. The supporting member comprises a drive motor and posture control device. The drive motor is operated by the supporting member control circuit unit. The posture control device is operated by receiving a power from the drive motor.
