PURPOSE: A method for producing expanded foam is provided to simply produce expanded foam by discharging air to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing expanded foam comprises the following steps. A mold(10) is prepared. One end or both ends of the mold are opened. A tube(20) and a foaming a foaming material are prepared. The tube is longer than the inner space of the mold. One end or both ends of the tube are opened. The open end of the tube is arranged through the open end of the mold. Before the tube is arranged in the inner space of the mold, the foaming material is injected into the tube. The end part of the expanded foam, through the opened end of the mold, is cut.
