PURPOSE: A biodegradable container is provided to ensure mechanical properties, biodegradation, profitability, non environmental contamination and antifouling property. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable container comprises ice hulls 60~70 weight%, starch 15~20 weight%, illite 5~10 weight%, sugar 3~5 weight% and emulsion 5~10 weight%. The emulsion is applied on one or both sides of a biodegradable container containing rice hulls, starch, and illite. The emulsion is emulsion HA-365. The paper coated with the emulsion is attached to one or both sides of a natural container.
