PURPOSE: A pedal flow preventing apparatus for a vehicle is provided to form the proper reaction force by only generating the resistance due to a second elastic member by only contacting a second friction member without contacting a first friction member in operation. CONSTITUTION: A pedal flow preventing apparatus for a vehicle comprises a first friction member(60) and a second friction member(40). The first friction member is supported by a first elastic member(50). The first friction member is closely contacted to a projected end(21) formed on the upper front of a housing(20) in idling. The second friction member is supported by a second elastic member(30). The second friction member is closely contacted to the upper rear of the housing in operation of a pedal(10).
