PURPOSE: A fluid pressure bench press is provided, which enables upper body exercise and do various upper body exercises easily by controlling an angle of the upper body exercise frame. CONSTITUTION: A fluid pressure bench press includes an upper body exercise part in which a user enforces the upper body exercise; a hinge(30) in which an index plunger is equipped to control side angle of the upper body exercise frame in the lower part of the upper body exercise frame; and an angle control part(20) to which a handle capable of controlling angle of the upper body exercise frame is connected. The upper body exercise part includes a seat back; an upper body exercise frame(11) installed on both sides of the seat back; a track roller installed on the upper body exercise frame; and a hydraulic cylinder(15) installed at the inner side bottom of the upper body exercise frame.
