SOLAR CELL MODULE HAVING A PET FILM COVER AND ITS PRODUCING METHOD

PURPOSE: A solar cell module having a pet film cover and its producing method is provided to prevent whitening and yellowing by using a PET film instead of an epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell(130) generates the electricity by using the sunlight. A PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) film(110) is located on the top side of the solar cell. A back sheet(140) is located in a lower surface of the solar cell and has waterproofing, insulation, and UV protection. A first and a second EVA(Ethyl Vinyl Acetate)(142,144) are interposed between the solar cell and a back sheet and is heated and melted to preventing the damage to the solar cell.
