BEAN CURD MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A bean curd with laver on the surface thereof is provided to ensure sweetish taste of laver and tasty of bean curd by attaching laver on bean curd. CONSTITUTION: Soybean is dipped and washed. The washed soybean is grinded and crushed. The grinded and crushed soybean powder is filtered. The filtered soy oil is heated. The heated soy oil is filtered. The additive is mixed with the secondary filtered soy oil. The soy oil is coagulated through a mixing process and molded into bean curd. The shaped head is transferred and cut according to a packing container. The laver powder is attached to the surface of the cut bean curd.
