PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a diamond grinding wheel using Ethylene Vinyl Acetate and wool, and a grinding wheel thereof are provided to prevent frequent replacement of a grinding wheel. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a diamond grinding wheel using EVA and wool is as follows: An EVA base(10) is molded. A wool layer(20) is formed by attaching the wool on the top of the EVA base. Diamond resin is attached on the top of the attached wool. The diamond resin and the wool layer are fused using heat.
