PURPOSE: An external oil pump control device for a hybrid vehicle is provided to minimize drive error to approach on a control target value by setting the various control conditions of an external oil pump control device. CONSTITUTION: An external oil pump control device for a hybrid vehicle comprises a power supply part(10), a central processing unit(20), a motor controller(30), a motor driver(40), and a hall sensor(70). The power supply part removes noise and outputs voltage according to each drive component. The central processing unit outputs the goal RPM of a drive motor as PWM signals according stored condition. A central processing unit controls proportional integral derivative on error. The motor controller transfers the real RPM of the motor to the central processing unit as feedback signals. The motor controller drives the motor by combining control signals and switching signals. The hall sensor senses the rotator position of the motor.
