<p>PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the deterioration of the device by preventing the damage to the organic material due to a sputter when depositing the anode. CONSTITUTION: A transistor is formed on a substrate. The transistor includes a gate, a source, and a drain. A cathode(119) is formed on the transistor. The cathode is connected to the source or drain of the transistor. The bank layer is formed on the cathode. An organic light emitting layer is formed on the cathode. A metal layer(122) is formed on the organic light-emitting layer. An oxide buffer layer(123) is formed on the metal layer. An anode(124) is formed on the oxide buffer layer.</p> |
