PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to generate electricity by moving an electron and a hole in an N-type and a P-type semiconductor to a first and a second electrode. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor substrate(100) has a PN junction therein. A first electrode is contacted to the P-type and the N-type semiconductor. A second electrode is contacted to a portion of p-type and n-type semiconductor to which the first electrode is not contacted. A concave part(130) and a convex part(140) have inclines(130L,140L) toward the one side of the semiconductor substrate. The height of the convex part is lower than the depth of the concave part. The concave part and convex part are formed through anisotropic etching.
