PURPOSE: A system for preventing from illegal copy and a computer readable media storing program for realizing method thereof are provided to prevent illegal copy by inserting identification data of the supplier of multimedia into the multimedia contents. CONSTITUTION: The contents database(14) stores the multimedia contents. The user data base(15) stores the user identification data of the service user. The contents storage unit(11) stores the multimedia contents in the contents database. According to the request of user, the contents providing unit(12) transmits the multimedia contents through network. The contents conversion unit(22) of the user terminal(20) inserts user identification data into the frame of the multimedia contents.
