<p>PURPOSE: A highly noise-reduced industrial muffler is provided to uniformly disperse the flow of gas to each cell of sound absorption cells by uniformizing the current of gas on the whole cross section of a muffler. CONSTITUTION: A highly noise-reduced industrial muffler comprises a cylindrical muffler body(1), a diffuser(2), a conduction sound absorbing plate(3) and a sound absorption cell(4). The diffuser is attached on the lower end of the muffler body. The sound absorbing plate is radially placed around the diffuser and absorbs noise, inducing gas upward. The sound absorption cell is installed at regular intervals to the sound absorbing plate. The inner space of the muffler is classified into a diffusing part(D), an expansion part(E), and a sound absorbing part(A).</p> |
