PURPOSE: A semiconductor device and a display device are provided to stabilize an operation of a signal line driving circuit by forming a signal line driving circuit with a transistor having higher mobility than semi-amorphous TFT. CONSTITUTION: A gate electrode(110) is formed on a substrate(100). A gate insulating layer(111) is formed on the gate electrode. A first semiconductor layer(112) is formed with the semi amorphous silicon formed on the gate electrode. A second semiconductor layer(113) is formed of the semi amorphous silicon formed on the semiconductor layer. A pair of third semiconductor layers(114) is formed on the semiconductor layer and has an N- type conductivity.
