PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and miniature by allowing at least one layer to contain alkali - antimonide series compound. CONSTITUTION: An n-type semiconductor layer(120) is formed on a p-type semiconductor layer(110). A first electrode(130) is electrically connected to the p-type semiconductor layer. A second electrode(140) is electrically connected to the n-type semiconductor layer. The p-type semiconductor layer and n-type semiconductor layer has at least one containing alkali-antimonide series compound. A first electrode pad(150) is electrically connected to the first electrode. The second electrode pad(160) is electrically connected to the second electrode. |
