PURPOSE: A mobile communication apparatus being set at auto-dialing function and a control method thereof are provided to prevent the overlapped addition of an international call connection number and so on. CONSTITUTION: After matching an originating phone number with an extracted originating information, a call record writing unit(141) stores the matched information at a call record storage unit(156). When a user selects one of originating phone numbers displayed on a display unit in a state that an auto dialing function is set up, a call connection request unit(143) extracts the matched originating information from the storage unit. When the extracted originating information is identical to the originator information corresponding to the current system ID, the call connection request unit temporarily releases an auto dialing function.
