PURPOSE: A plastic card using nacre pieces and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove exfoliation risk without protruded pieces of nacre by bonding the nacre pieces having the constant thickness in a front surface printing sheet. CONSTITUTION: A plastic card using nacre pieces is formed by compressing a plastic card including a synthetic resin transparent sheet in which a front surface synthetic resin transparent sheet, a printing sheet(20) and a magnetic band(110) are attached through a mold press and a heater. The plastic card includes a white sheet(40) bonded on the bottom of the front printing sheet, a rear surface printing sheet(30) coated by a rear surface synthetic resin transparent sheet, and the nacre pieces(200) formed inside the front surface printing sheet. |
