PURPOSE: An oil discharging method and a gridiron mounting device for a roaster are provided to use an electric heating unit as an auxiliary heat source for the roaster. CONSTITUTION: A roaster is composed of an oil pan/water container(15-2), a tank(15-4) for replenishing water, and an oil outlet pipe(15-3). The oil pan/water container is inclined. Oil, within the oil pan/water container, flows in a uniform direction. The top of the tank, for replenishing water, is opened. The tank, for replenishing water, is connected with the oil pan/water container. The oil pan/water container, the tank for replenishing water, the oil outlet pipe, a gridiron(15-6), and multiple holes(15-1) are integrally manufactured. |
