PURPOSE: A method and a device for preparing a separator of a fuel cell are provided to simplify a process because injection molding and pressing molding are unnecessary, to reduce production time and costs of products. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a separator of a fuel cell comprises the steps of: (i) injecting the extruded graphite composite in a plate molding device to make a plate; and (ii) passing the plate through control pins to form the flow path on the plate. A device(100) for preparing a separator of a fuel cell comprises a plate-molding part(A) and a channel-forming part(B) with a control pin(10) and a temperature control part(20).
