The present invention relates to the industry of cosmetic products for cleansing the skin with no water and a reduced usage of paper. More particularly, the invention refers to the industry for manufacturing personal cleansing products. The advantages of the foregoing invention over the state-of-the-art compositions are that the present product consists in a composition that upon not requiring water and a minimum paper usage, achieves three purposes of compositions of this type: Cleansing, sanitisation and skin care, also achieving the skin cleansing by encapsulating the impurities thereof, thus being a composition that includes suitable amounts of components that provide a balanced action. In one preferred embodiment of the invention, the composition includes the following compounds and percentages: 60.0% of ethylic alcohol, 10.0% of isopropyl alcohol, 0.6% of carbopol, 0.6% of aminopropanol, 0.5% of glycerine, 0.5% of propylene glycol, 27.8% of water.
