摘要 Provided is a material having excellent conductivity, oxidation resistance and sufficient hardness for a probe pin. The material for the probe pin is composed of Au, Ag, Pd and Cu, with an Au concentration of 40-55 wt%, an Ag concentration of 15-30 wt% and a total concentration of Pd and Cu of 15-40 wt%. The material may further contain at least one element selected from among Ni, Zn and Co by 0.6-5 wt%. The alloys can be precipitation-hardened by heating at 300-500°C to obtain a material having higher hardness.
