PURPOSE: A prefix suffix operating method for the mobile user identification is provided to use communication service using individual database by inputting service identification number and user identification number concurrently. CONSTITUTION: The user identification number is given to the before or after the service identification number which the communication service provider offers the form of the prefix or the surfix. Communally, the calling numbers of the identical calling number group more than the numbers are used as the first key as long as it uses. The given user identification as described above is used as the second key. The biometric reference data of user is used as the third key. The information of each user of the same user group is produced/saved under the first key. The user identification number is attached to the communications service identification number like the prefix surfix.
