PURPOSE: A rotation type mold device, and a manufacturing method of a molding product using the same are provided to attach an attachment member to the molding product without heating the surface of the molding product. CONSTITUTION: A rotation type mold device(100) comprises a rotation mold(130), more than one pressing mold(150), and a resin supply unit(180). The rotation mold has molding grooves(131-1) in side surfaces(131,133), and supporting grooves(132-1) in the other side surfaces(132,134). The pressing molds have a forming groove in the side surface. The side surface of the pressing mold that the forming groove is formed is adhered or separated from the side surface of the rotation mold. When the side surface of the pressing mold is firstly adhered to the side surface of the rotation mold, the resin supply unit supplies resin to the molding grooves and the forming groove. The side surface of the pressing mold that the forming groove is formed is secondly adhered to the side surface of the rotation mold, and attachment members are attached on the surface of the molding product.
